The 992.1 GT3 Touring is mechanically identical to the winged GT3. Same 4.0 litre naturally aspirated flat-six, same 510 ps at 8,400 rpm, same double wishbone front suspension taken directly from the 911 RSR race car. The only difference is at the rear: no fixed wing, but an automatically deploying spoiler instead. This example has the six-speed manual gearbox, the purist choice for those who want full control over the car. The car looks like a standard 911. What sits underneath it is not.

Fun fact: the 992.1 GT3 Touring was the first Touring ever for which Porsche also offered the PDK. Those who choose the manual gearbox as on this example drive 15 kg lighter than with the PDK.

De 992.1 GT3 Touring is mechanisch identiek aan de GT3 met vaste vleugel. Dezelfde 4,0 liter atmosferische zescilinder, dezelfde 510 pk bij 8.400 toeren, dezelfde dubbele driehoeksophanging vooraan die Porsche rechtstreeks uit de 911 RSR racewagen overnam. Het enige verschil zit achteraan: geen vaste vleugel, maar een automatisch uitslaande spoiler. Dit exemplaar heeft de zestraps handbak, de puristische keuze voor wie de volledige controle over de auto wil behouden. De auto ziet eruit als een gewone 911. Wat er onder zit is dat niet.

Leuk detail: de 992.1 GT3 Touring was de eerste Touring ooit waarbij Porsche ook een PDK aanbood. Wie de handbak kiest zoals op dit exemplaar, rijdt 15 kg lichter dan met de PDK.

La seule différence se trouve à l'arrière : pas d'aileron fixe, mais un becquet à déploiement automatique. Cet exemplaire est équipé de la boîte manuelle à six rapports, le choix puriste pour ceux qui souhaitent garder le contrôle total sur la voiture. La voiture ressemble à une 911 ordinaire. Ce qui se trouve dessous ne l'est pas.

Anecdote: la 992.1 GT3 Touring a été la première Touring pour laquelle Porsche a également proposé la PDK. Ceux qui choisissent la boîte manuelle comme sur cet exemplaire roulent 15 kg plus léger qu'avec la PDK.
