Silver metallic – red leather interior – Matching numbers

This 1958 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Roadster is an original matching-numbers example, finished in silver metallic with a red leather interior.

Originally delivered to Mr. Grazia of South Bend, USA, the car later moved to France, where it underwent a full restoration. In the 1990s it was sold to Germany, where it remained in the ownership of the same enthusiast for more than twenty years.

The paintwork is in good condition and has been recently refreshed. The original leather interior is still present and has been carefully maintained. Technically, the car is in excellent condition; maintenance has been carried out by Tom Fischer in Munich, a renowned specialist in classic Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

This 300 SL Roadster combines an elegant colour scheme with a well-documented history and a high degree of originality. An exceptionally well-preserved example of one of the most admired sports cars of the 1950s.
