Description

Estimated Price: £25,000 - £30,000

Launched at the 2008 Los Angeles Auto Show and introduced to the UK in 2009, the Nissan 370Z marked the sixth generation of Nissan’s celebrated Z-car line. Shorter, wider and more powerful than its 350Z predecessor, it maintained the ethos of being a manual, rear-wheel drive, naturally aspirated sports car with new levels of refinement and technology. Priced to compete with the BMW Z4, Porsche Cayman and Audi TT 3.2, it offered serious performance and mechanical purity at a fraction of the cost of its European rivals.

The GT variant added a curated suite of enhancements such as heated and ventilated leather/cloth sports seats, a premium Bose sound system, cruise-control, 19" forged alloy wheels, SynchroRev Match, tyre pressure monitoring, retuned dampers for improved ride comfort, a rear-view camera integrated into Nissan’s Premium Connect navigation system and improved sound deadening.

An ultra rare survivor, this 2011 Nissan 370Z GT Coupé comes to market with just 464 miles from new in the hands of its two owners. The car has lived its whole life in Scotland, supplied new on 12th August 2011 by Alex F Noble & Son Nissan of Loanhead to its first Edinburgh-based owner before forming part of The Inverness Collection.

Finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (paint code K23) over a black partial leather interior, the car is immaculate on the inside and out. It remains in box-fresh condition, reflecting the ultra limited use and careful ownership. MOT history has been consistent until recent years, it expired in 2023, but fully warrants the extraordinarily low mileage.

The 370Z is powered by the 3.7-litre V6 VQ37 VHR engine putting out 324bhp with 366Nm torque, paired to a 6-speed manual gearbox. It features SynchroRev Match, a technology that blips the throttle for perfect downshifts, mimicking heel and toe driver technique while preserving gearbox life. Officially the 0-60mph time stands at around 5.1 seconds, with independent testing occasionally reporting closer to 4.7  seconds.

Supplied complete with the original leather-bound Z book pack, including sales literature, service manuals and warranty documents, this car is offered exactly as one would expect.

From a collectible standpoint, the GT remains the most desirable 370Z trim as the range-topper. This example represents the benchmark, arguably the best-preserved 370Z GT in existence. This car is a once in a lifetime find. For collectors of driver’s cars, Japanese performance icons or simply those seeking one of the cleanest modern Z Coupés, this 370Z GT is the definitive specimen.
