This 1965 Chevrolet Impala 2-Door Hardtop underwent a full frame-off professional restoration and is equipped with a professionally rebuilt 327 CID V8 from 1967. Performance upgrades include Edelbrock aluminum heads, roller rockers, HEI ignition, and a 4-speed overdrive 200 R4 transmission built for smooth and quick shifts. It drives as strong as it looks and features all-new braking components, performance dual exhaust, and factory Posi. The burgundy exterior shines over a clean red interior with new carpets and headliner. Known issues include light fabric fading on the seats, a few shallow dings on the hood, a tiny paint chip on the rocker, non-working clock, minor differential noise at select speeds, and typical wind noise at highway speeds. A well-built classic with tasteful performance upgrades and excellent road manners.
