The Porsche 911, also known as the Nine Eleven or simply the Eleven, is the Stuttgart-based company's most famous sports car and is considered the epitome of the brand.

The Porsche 911 Short Wheelbase Coupé offered here was delivered new in April 1966 by Sonauto Paris, in Polo Red and black leatherette, to an American with an address at a 5-star hotel in Paris. According to the Kardex extract from Porsche, the car remained in Europe until January 1967 and later went to the USA with its first owner. In 2012–2013, this 911 Coupé made its way from the US first to Italy, where it was finally purchased by a Swiss Porsche collector and imported to Switzerland.
This Porsche 911 SWB Coupé was recently mechanically refurbished by a well-known Porsche specialist in Ticino. The engine and transmission were refreshed but not opened, as they were in very good condition. All the mechanics and electrics on the underside of the car, in the engine compartment, and in the trunk were overhauled, and the dashboard was reupholstered true to the original. It is matching numbers and color and, fresh from MOT veteran and newly tyred, is in excellent, well-maintained and very original collector's condition. The Kardex extract from Porsche with all the facts of the initial delivery, US title and an expert opinion/valuation report from 2018, which certifies the car's overall condition as 2, are available.

The first 911 version, which went into series production in September 1964, was the so-called original model presented at the 1963 IAA with a 130 hp 2-liter six-cylinder boxer engine.
Even when stationary, this 911 is a tribute to the original, the clarity of the mechanics, and the art of omission.

Der Porsche 911, kurz auch Neunelfer oder nur Elfer genannt, ist der bekannteste Sportwagen des Stuttgarter Unternehmens und gilt als Inbegriff der Marke.

Das hier angebotene Porsche 911 Short Wheelbase Coupé wurde im April 1966 neu von Sonauto Paris, in der Farbe Polo-Rot und Kunstleder Schwarz, an einen Amerikaner mit Adresse in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel in Paris ausgeliefert. Laut dem Kardex-Auszug von Porsche blieb das Auto bis Januar 1967 in Europa und ging später wohl mit dem Erstbesitzer in die USA. In den Jahren 2012 – 2013 fand dieses 911 Coupé den Weg aus den USA zuerst nach Italien, wo es schliesslich von einem Schweizer Porsche-Sammler erworben und in die Schweiz importiert wurde.
Jüngst wurde dieses Porsche 911 SWB-Coupé von bekanntem Tessiner Porsche-Spezialisten mechanisch auf Vordermann gebracht. Motor und Getriebe wurden aufgefrischt, nicht aufgemacht, da in sehr gutem Zustand. Die ganze Mechanik / Elektrik auf der Wagenunterseite, im Motorraum und Kofferraum wurden revidiert und das Armaturenbrett originalgetreu neu bezogen. Es ist matching numbers and color und befindet sich, frisch ab MFK-Veteran und neu bereift, in hervorragendem, top gepflegtem und sehr originalem Sammlerzustand. Der Kardex-Auszug von Porsche mit allen Facts der Erstauslieferung, US-Title und eine Expertise/Wertgutachten aus dem Jahre 2018, welche dem Auto einen Gesamtzustand 2 attestiert, sind vorhanden.

Die ab September 1964 in Serie gebaute erste 911-Version war das auf der IAA 1963 vorgestellte sogenannte Urmodell mit einem 130 PS leistenden 2-Liter-Sechszylinder-Boxermotor.
Dieser 911 ist schon im Stand eine Hommage an das Ursprüngliche, die Klarheit der Mechanik und die Kunst des Weglassens.
