The car offered here is a scaled-down replica of one of the greatest Grand Prix cars of all time: the Bugatti Type 35, which in its various forms would go on to become arguably the most successful racing car of all time, commencing with winning the inaugural World Championship for Manufacturers in 1926 and securing countless victories for privateers.

Its racing history and wonderful design has led to numerous replicas of the Type 35 being made, both full size and smaller. This example of the latter was hand built, by The Little Car Company, under license from Bugatti and is 75% the size of an original. It is number '214' of a maximum build of 500. This new and unused Baby Bugatti is a little jewel of technology.

Please note that if this vehicle is to be imported into Switzerland, Swiss Customs charges (Car Tax, VAT and a Customs Administration Fee) will apply totalling roughly 13% of the Purchase Price (Hammer + Buyers Premium). Swiss Car Tax at 4% shall be calculated on the total Purchase Price. Swiss VAT (8.1%) will then be applicable on the aggregated amount of the Hammer Price, Buyer's Premium and Swiss Car Tax. There will equally be a charge for the customs clearance procedure. Please note that customs rates to other countries shall vary. This vehicle will not be available for immediate collection after the sale and will only be released on completion of customs clearance.
