French company founded by the miner Elie Tendil in 1919 in the Occitan village of Ales, first as a distributor of cycles and then becoming a manufacturer of bicycles and later of motorcycles. Motorcycle with reinforced frame of cycling origin, with fuel tank placed under the central tube, front suspension with original parallelogram fork and spring coaxial to the steering tube, equipped with pedals for cycling use and rear brake pad with wire control operated by the lever on the handlebars, acetylene front headlight.
