This Volkswagen Beetle convertible 1600 injection was supplied from new by Californian, Hawthorne based Mirkin Motors on the 10th October 1979. Our Beetle has done 23,000 miles and is in a superbly original, unadulterated condition. Clearly the excellent care lavished on the car throughout its life has played its part in avoiding the need for restorative action. The fine, original bodywork has correctly fitting body panels. Admittedly the paintwork although in good condition, is not perfect. The original underbody is totally sound! The original car wallet with service book and owner’s manual together with the 1979 guarantee certificate is present.
