Touring Garage AG in Oberweningen in the Zurich Unterland region is one of Switzerland's most important classic car garages. Founded in 1977 by Peter Rau, it is known for its wide range of vehicles from various manufacturers and in various price categories. A Topolino or an old VW Beetle can be found in the spacious showroom alongside an expensive Porsche, Aston Martin, or Ferrari. The range usually comprises around 50 to 70 vehicles. New classics are added to the range almost daily. After 34 years, Peter Rau handed over his business to his daughter Katrin Rau in April 2011. The owner and managing director is supported by an experienced mechanic in the in-house workshop. Sascha Jetzer checks every vehicle offered for sale in advance to ensure optimal roadworthiness. Katrin Rau is responsible for the purchase and sale of vehicles. Alessio Paolucci completes the team. He is responsible for administration and sales.
