Broken capsule From the private cellar of a wine expert SF: Didier Dagueneau was a cult wine maker in the Loire. Together with Nicolas Joly he was the prophet of biodynamic wines in the Loire and beyond. He left us over ten years ago now but his wines remain a milestone in organic winemaking.
