A gentleman's Dunhill limited-edition gift set, featuring a gold-plated Sterling silver fountain pen, with black and white enamel Art Deco pattern decoration, with a set of four Sterling silver cufflinks/studs with similar enamel pattern, and a Dunhill "Unique" pocket lighter, with similar decoration. All elements of the set are stamped DUNHILL, MADE IN ENGLAND, with edition number 082 of only 100 made. In unused condition. The case shows signs of wear. A highly unusual deep-sided executive desk chrome Marchal cigar ashtray of plain round form, with three rests and to the center is mounted a clear and frosted glass figure in the form of a cat’s head. French, circa 1940s. The Marchal Company was a French manufacturer of car headlights and lighting equipment, and adopted the cat with its bright shining eyes as its company logo in the late 1940s.
