Description

A large 'Quality & Strength - Hercules Cycles' enamel sign, 1920s, larger version of the sign, depicting the mythical figure of Hercules holding aloft a Hercules gent's bicycle and bearing the Hercules Cycle & Motor Co.Ltd. Britannia Works emblem, slight loss to enamel with re-touching in one place to centre of upper edge but in otherwise good general condition with bright colours, in wooden frame with backboard, 123 x 92cm overall.
