Description

A FINE 'RAM' MASCOT BY G. POITVIN, FRENCH, 1920S, extremely well detailed cast bronze with remains of nickel plated finish, signed, with stamped foundry mark C & L (Cotenot et Lelièvre), 1922 winner of the L'Auto Show Madaille d'Or, mounted on brass display base raised on four flat corner feet, the mascot 12.5cm long, the base 17.5 x 17.5cm.
