Description
A fine Christopher Dresser cased teaset for two persons, by James Dixon & Sons, circa 1902, retailed by H J Linton of Paris, black leather case with leather handle, with double doors opening to grey suede-lined two-tiered interior, the upper level fitted with wicker-handled Britannia Metal kettle, with oil flask and folding stand, and wicker-handled teapot containing milk jug and sugar bowl, the lower level fitted with burner and a pair of Royal Worcester bone china teacups on suede pads with accompanying saucers, with spoons and sugar tongs housed in the double doors, the case measuring 30cm wide.
