A Christopher Dresser design cased tea-set for two persons, retailed by James Dixon & Sons, retailed by H J Linton of Paris, Registered Design No.85275 for 1888, black leather-cloth case with handle, with double doors opening to grey suede-lined two-tiered interior, the upper level fitted with wicker-handled Britannia Metal kettle, with oil flask and folding stand, and wicker-handled teapot containing milk jug and sugar bowl, the lower level fitted with burner and a pair of Royal Worcester bone china teacups on suede pads with accompanying saucers, with spoons and sugar tongs housed in the double doors, the case measuring 30cm wide.
