RM Sotheby’s London auction has gone from strength to strength in recent years, with the 2022 sale hosting the incredible Gran Turismo Collection, followed a year later by the low-mileage machines that made up The Factory Fresh Collection. Bolstered by the addition of the Cliveden House sale in June, this year’s event promises to be the biggest and best yet, showcasing not only one of the most luxurious venues in hospitality, but also the most desirable collector cars the UK has to offer.

RM SOTHEBY’S RETURNS TO MOTORWORLD MUNICH

RM Sotheby’s is set to make its return to Munich on 23 November for its third consecutive sale at the city’s landmark Motorworld venue. An event that has quickly come to define the German auction market, the Munich sale is once again set to bring a stellar array of classics, youngtimers, and supercars to the Bavarian capital, with a continued focus on the presentation of special one-owner and single-marque collections. This year’s event promises to be another exciting auction packed with German legends from the likes of Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW, and marks a return to Motorworld Munich, the expansive cathedral to the automobile that has proved such a hub and hive of activity since its inception in 2021.

Market leading global auction house Gooding & Company will once again be conducting a sale at Hampton Court Palace for the 12th anniversary show of the Concours of Elegance in 2024, connecting the UK and European markets with the company’s global clientele. This year, the company will return to the beautiful grounds of Hampton Court Palace to present an exclusive live auction event on Friday, 30 August 2024.
As with all Gooding & Company auctions, the sale will have online bidding capabilities, allowing those around the world to partake in the action.

CLIVEDEN HOUSE TO HOST BRAND-NEW SALE

RM Sotheby’s is delighted to be hosting a brand-new sale at the Cliveden House Hotel, a stunning period property set in the heart of the Berkshire countryside just a stone’s throw from the capital. Set to take place on 12 June, this brand-new sale promises to become an annual fixture in the UK auction calendar and joins the long-established London auction in November.

Excitement is already building for the inaugural Cliveden House sale, which will feature a roster of incredible machines ranging from a one-off 1963 Ferrari 250 GT/L Berlinetta Lusso bodied by Fantuzzi to a spectacular 1931 Bentley 8-Litre Open Tourer that has been in the same family’s ownership since 1967. Each lot will be more than matched by the sale’s stately surroundings, which have played host to celebrities, politicians, and royalty, in addition to starring on the silver screen.
