The car is rock solid and was repainted last year in the original colour (the lacquer had become somewhat faded/dull). This is in part why the T3’s condition is as good as new!

The car has recently been inspected (Dutch periodic vehicle inspection), valid for two years until 29-01-2023. During this inspection, we discovered that the heater motor no longer functioned and therefore did not blow any air. A new heater motor was installed, which turned out to be quite an extensive job (invoice available for inspection). The car now gets nice and warm inside again.

Before the Volkswagen T3 was imported into the Netherlands at the end of 2020, it only 1 had owner. The T3 was registered with a German license. This owner always took good care of the car.

The T3 is equipped with the fuel-efficient and very reliable 1.6 Turbodiesel engine. It’s even more economical partly thanks to the 5-speed manual gearbox (they often have 4-speeds). The VW keeps up well with other vehicles. The T3 van drives, shifts, brakes and steers perfectly. It is easy to convert into a camper van, for example. There is a connection for electricity, a folding table in the back, heating in the back etcetera.And this is a van that is able and permitted to transport no less than 6 people.

The only flaws are: a faint dent in the rear bumper, the inside panel of the sliding door is slightly damaged because it got stuck once when it was opened. And the parts of the interior in the back of the van should be cleaned one of these days, for perfection. Everything is depicted.

Included is an extra set of wheels with winter tyres. Also included are the curtains for the rear windows.
