Description

This classic car is for sale on Catawiki. To have more information or to place a bid click on the "BID NOW" button. .Don’t miss this opportunity to become the new owner of this timeless Volkswagen Beetle convertible! This is a NO RESERVE PRICE auction.

The Volkswagen Beetle which was built from 1938 to 2003 is the most famous Volkswagen, the most famous German car, and in general one of the most famous cars ever.

The Beetle has a properly running engine with a nice sound. The car shifts smoothly through all gears and it brakes properly. The large rear wheels (M +S tyres) give it a cool look, but also improve roadholding.

The upholstery looks fresh and the steering wheel was also sprayed in silver when the car was resprayed. The car still has good paint except for some tiny blisters in the varnish (see photo), they’re only visible up close.

What makes this Beetle unique are the front quarter panels, the horizontal headlights, chrome-plated wheel arches and ventilation grilles, they give the Beetle a nice 'retro' look.

The previous owner always used the car for summer drives (in Sweden), the car is perfectly suitable for that.

These Beetle convertibles are becoming increasingly difficult to find. So don’t wait too long and become the new owner of this timeless classic!
