A very nice Volvo PV544 B18. The intended successor to the PV444, the Amazon, turned out to be too luxurious and therefore too expensive. Volvo introduced the PV544 as intermediate option. This one has the delicious 4-speed, overdrive, B18 engine. 14 years ago it left Sweden for the Netherlands. A few years ago the car was mechanically overhauled and restored. The fine bodywork has sound and well-aligned body panels. The solid underbody is rust-free. The chrome details have a nicely preserved condition. The car’s interior trim is in a splendid state. In short this is a lovely, reasonably priced and well-maintained Volvo!
