History:
The TR4A (Triumph Roadster 4A) was a sports roadster produced by Triumph from 1965 to 1967 that represented the evolution of the TR4 model designed by Giovanni Michelotti, and for some time it was assembled in Italy by Ducati.
The TR4A had a renewed chassis and a complex system of independent rear suspension with swing arms, with the aim of presenting a car with better handling than the previous model.
On request, it was supplied with wooden dashboard and instruments with chrome frames. Among the options, there were also wire wheels, overdrive, heating system and seat belts.
In 1968, the TR4A was replaced by the TR5 and TR250.
