This fantastic 1957 Triumph TR3 is the so-called ‘Small-Mouth’ version with the typical small grill. It has a 1991 cc engine producing some 101 Hp and was the first Triumph to have front disc brakes. This particular car has recently been fully mechanically overhauled with a Bare-Metal & Body-Off restoration. This very professional job was carried out by a Danish restoration company and is accompanied by a full rapport, including photos and invoices. Due to the above, the car finds itself in an absolute superb condition. The bodywork has been restored from bare metal and is as straight as an arrow. The underbody was fully sandblasted and then powder-coated. The body panel fittings are perfect, the paintwork and the chrome decorative strips are just splendid. The good as new underbody is as sound as can be. Literally every part was either refurbished or replaced. This includes the engine, gearbox, overdrive, brakes, the whole of the suspension and the instrument panel as well as replacing the electrical loom. It has a ‘Dark British Racing Green’ finish with black leather interior trim, carpets, hood and tonneau. It has an electronic overdrive, a stainless steel exhaust system and chrome wire wheels.
