Production on this sublimely gorgeous Triumph TR3A completed on the 28th October 1957 and the shortly afterwards shipped over to States. On the 16th November 1991 the last owner bought the car to restore. It took 10 years (1991-2001) to complete this ultimate professional Bare-Metal/ Body-Off restoration. The underbody was sand blasted and finished with black powder coating. A complete rebuild of all moving parts was carried out including, the engine, gearbox, axles, overdrive, carburettors, brakes and wheel suspension. This no cost and no effort spared restoration took place in the Netherlands. The sublime bodywork has straight and perfect fitting body panels. The quality finish of the underbody is fully in keeping with the rest of the car. It has a complete set of invoices as well as a written and photographic record of all works carried out. Since restoration the car has only travelled some 717 km! This TR is still as good as new. It has a black finish with a burgundy red leather interior trim, black carpets and matching black hood. A top concourse condition Triumph if ever there was one!
