This beautiful Triumph, with its unique folding seats in the boot and its folding windshield for the rear passengers, is one of 2’501 examples built with the 1.8 litre engine. The car was first registered in the UK on the 23rd of August 1947 and had a few owners before it was restored around the beginning of the Millennium. In 2013, the roaster was acquired and imported by a Swiss enthusiast. He clearly cherished his Triumph and over the following years the car enjoyed loving care and maintenance irrespective of costs. Among other things, the brakes, the gearbox, the radiator, carburettors and the electrical systems were overhauled between 2013 and 2020. A large folder with receipts for revisions and maintenance as well as the car’s history is available. The Triumph only had one Swiss owner and is in very good condition with the last Veteran MOT completed in July 2019.
