This exceptional FJ62 is a desirable high-roof, power-sunroof model that was restored between 2017 and 2019, by noted Land Cruiser specialists The FJ Company. The body was taken off the frame and the truck was disassembled. The 3F engine was rebuilt and the Toyota’s other mechanical systems were addressed. 60 photos of this meticulous process document the truck being stripped to its bare shell and rebuilt from the ground up. The FJ62 was finished in desirable Olive (673) paint and the interior redone in brown vinyl.

The truck was upgraded in several respects, including the fitment of 33" BFGoodrich All-Terrain tires, Old Man Emu suspension, LED headlights, additional fog lights, and a premium sound system with Bluetooth and iPhone connectivity. The original air-conditioning system was restored as well. Additional features of the FJ62 include an outside temperature monitor and altimeter, power steering, and selectable four-wheel drive with locking front hubs. The FJ62 is also accompanied by a set of tools and a jack inside a custom bag.
