- One of just 98 LHD division cars in this body design #858 - Finished Shell Grey coachwork - Delivered new to Mr. Ray Bass, Mississippi – of the Bass Pecan Company - Factory Air Conditioning & Power Assisted Steering - On the button ready for delivery Presented in beautiful metallic Shell Grey coachwork with Swithland Slate Grey hide, Grey Wilton carpets – Royal Blue lamb's wool over rugs and matching hand painted coachlines on the bodywork and wheel embellishes. Factory records on file for the car show it had been made to order with factory division for Mr. Ray Bass, Mississippi – Bass Pecan Company. Supplied by Rolls Royce INC, New York – who were the official importer of the marque. The original sale order had come from O.M.C Sports Lane Cars with the car to be ready for delivery 1st February 1961. Dispatched from PARK WARD & CO Wilsdon and delivered to Salford (Manchester) Shed 9, No. 8 Dock. Loaded on the 4th February on the ‘Pacific’ Envoy’ later that same month.
