Description

A special Rolls-Royce Camargue. This car was ordered on October 16, 1980 by the European division of the global Rolls-Royce organization and delivered according to Swiss specifications. The car was delivered in May 1983 to a dealer in Saudi Arabia. The color is Magnolia White with a beige leather interior. In 1984 the car still was not sold, and it was modified by the famous designer / coachbuilder Robert Jankel. These special adjustments costed 22,000 - pounds sterling. These modifications consist of; headlights / taillights of a European Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit, Bentley Turbo R wheels, reduced rear (very special), custom tailgate and integrated fog / reversing lights. The center console has been extended to the rear and features a unique TV unit. Between the seats is an equalizer and a liquor cabinet fitted with two silver cups. At the time it was very special. In April 1985 the car was bought by a Rolls-Royce dealer in Monte Carlo to be exhibited. Eventually, the car was sold to a collector in Marbella, Spain, who had the car for a long time. The history is fully known, supported by all the ''factory build sheets'. Naturally, the car still has its original and therefore '' Matching Numbers' engine. A unique opportunity to get hold of this rare Robert Jankel Design Camargue. To get a good impression of the car we advise you to come to one of the viewing days.
