Coming from the first owner! Technically very well maintained over the years since 1963.
The first owner also added the Cabin in 1963 and ordered it for his new Porsche! A wonderful but also a very rare addition! Cannot be found anywhere anymore and only a handful were delivered in 1963.

In 2019, this 219 has been entirely restored in full glory. Neither costs nor efforts were spared, as can be seen, really no euros were spared. It was completely sandblasted and then entirely repainted with a primer. Thereafter repainted in this beautiful, unique original 1963 high gloss red colour!
It was also technically fully addressed. The engine has been overhauled and equipped with new bearings, crankshaft bearings, gaskets, drive shaft bearings, crankshaft grinded, cylinder heads overhauled and equipped with the original overhauled fuel pump. The engine starts immediately and runs better than a new one! The engine produces no smoke and there is no pressure on the carter! Complete Porsche with new bolts, nuts and grease nipples! Also new interior upholstery. New brake shoes and springs! Brake drums adjusted, it now brakes perfectly again. Also equipped with a new starter motor and alternator.

Gearbox equipped with new bearings and gaskets. A new gearbox mechanism makes shifting this Porsche a delight.

Lighting and wiring harness completely replaced and everything works! High beams, normal light, flashing lights and horn. The rare, original and large odometer in the dashboard has been overhauled and now features the original lighting in the odometer, the odometer also works properly of course. 4 new tyres!

What makes this Porsche even more unique is that it is a heavier design! So a reinforced swingarm (rear axle), with large rims that are also reinforced in the ridge! You can also add an extra set of wheels. Also a reinforced hydraulic device that enables lifting of a heavy machine. The entire hydraulic device has been overhauled and works as new! Equipped with new oil and filters!
The passengers have also been considered. A new rear seat bench for a 2nd or 3rd passenger. The cabin is easy to seal by means of an original heat keeping cloth.
Naturally, the Porsche has documents and matching numbers!

After the restoration, the Porsche has only been used for shows and exhibitions.
