As one of 6’980 cabriolets of the 944 S2 Series with a three litre 4-cylinder 211 hp engine built, the example we have on offer was delivered through AMAG in Ebikon on the 24th of December 1991. After two further owners in 2000 and 2010 the 944 cabriolet was taken over by the vendor in 2019 with then 123’000 kilometres showing. He used his Porsche regularly but, as can be seen in all the invoices provided, took meticulously care of the car’s maintenance. In 2020 for example, at 124’522 kilometres, the cambelt and its tensioners were replaced and in 2021 the valve cover gasket and the electric regulator were replaced. In 2022, the car received a new radiator and the driver seat was partially recovered. In May 2024, the front A-arms as well as the rear suspension bushings were replaced and in August of this year at 169’569 kilometres a new clutch was installed. In order to be able to open the soft top more rapidly the (working) electric motors were disconnected but this, together with additionally installed daylights, can be reversed at any time. The car also has a radio in a classic design that offers DAB+ reception and hands-free calling. With four owners 171’100 kilometres driven and a full service booklet this pretty cabriolet is in very good and well maintained original condition and will be handed over to a new owner with the last MOT completed in June 2023.
