The 918 Spyder represented Porsche’s vision of what a modern hypercar should be: Performance out of this world with daily usability. The 918 Spyder boasted three separate powertrains: a mid-mounted 608-brake horsepower powerplant and two electric motors, combined, these produce a staggering 887 horsepower. The specs are mouthwatering and so are the technical terms associated with them. The car showed what Porsche engineers were able to do, and to this day, might just be their most accomplished product. The gasoline powertrain puts its power on the road thanks to a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission, sending the power to all four wheels. Additionally to being opperated as a hybrid, the 918 Spyder can also cover a decent mileage on electric power only, which is something its rivals cannot claim.

Our Porsche 918 Spyder:
The example offered here is a one-owner, German car, which was finished new in the unique color combination of Paint To Sample Sport Classic Grey over an Espresso leather interior, which is believed to be the only 918 Spyder to leave the factory in this shade. Equipped with the optional 71k Euro Weissach package, which includes several carbon fibre elements as well as the additional flaps at the back and on the side, and the magnesium wheels, this example leaves no wish unfullfilled. The car also benefits from Burmester high-end surround system as well as the front axle lift. Registered in Frankfurt, Germany, under its sole owner’s name, the car was partially protected by a paint protection film. The front as well as large side area prone to stone chips have been covered to ensure that the factory paint remains as fresh as the day it left the factory. Our car was seen quite often during the annual CGT/918 meets organized by Porsche, during which it travelled most of its kilometers. The owner took extreme care of his car, as it was taken regularly for service at the Porsche Zentrum Stuttgart, which specializes in Carrera GT’s and 918’s. Several actions as well as services incl. brake fluid change were carried out in 2017, 2019, and 2021. Original equipment including the carbon fibre assembly book, the numbered 918 book, the Porsche 918 pen, the original car cover, etc. are part of the sale, making this one of the most complete examples on the market. The German VAT is reclaimable, which should make this car not only attractive for company owners, but also and especially for collectors outside of the European Union.

The 918 is by far one of Porsche’s greatest hits. It offers insane performance while being useable as a daily, a combination of features only Porsche offers, as opposed to its rivals from Italy and England. Being an extremely well preserved example in a unique color combination and with a clear history, our car is the right choice for serious Porsche collectors willing to acquire not just any 918 Spyder in silver or black, but a car which was specified in an elegant and unique color combination.
