Description

"The original 911 series is often cited as the most successful competition car ever, especially when its variations are included; namely the powerful 911 derived 935 which won the 24 Hours du Mans and other major sports car races outright against prototypes. The 911 T was the first Porsche to receive the new Bosch K-Jetronic or CIS engine (continuous injection system) from January 1973 onwards. Often referred to as 1973½, these ‘T’ models produced 140bhp and also boasted the newer type standard H pattern (915) gearbox which, in tandem, provided a smooth yet powerful engine and proved great fun to drive.
This superb looking example is an original Californian car and has recently been restored to a very high standard. Showing 84,277 kilometres on the odometer the 911 has completed a mere circa 50 miles since the exhaustive restoration. Presented in its original colour combination of metallic Conda Green coachwork over a black interior the Porsche looks outstanding. Offered in excellent condition throughout it is supplied with a USB stick detailing the extensive rotisserie restoration, various sundry invoices, old MoT test records, a Certificate of Authenticity, and the current UK registration document. Very few cars are restored to such a high standard, and this example presented in one of the most striking colour combinations is an opportunity not to be missed."
