Description

This 911 Ölklappe is one of the last iterations of the first 911 and given Porsche their reputation of constantly refining and evolving their concept this is one of the best ones.

Delivered as a standard 911 T in Germany this particular car was lovingly modified for rallying.  A roll cage was fitted as well as a racing fuel tank. Mechanically the car is now equipped with upgraded so called floating disk brakes in the front for reliable stopping power. The engine was upgraded to 2.7 liters and overhauled by the Dutch Porsche specialist Lammertink.

A front and rear skid plate protect underpinnings of the car when driven on rougher roads.
The auxiliary double fuel pumps show that everything has been done so you can enjoy your rally without fear of dropping out due to car failure.

The car drives very smooth, and the steering feel is crisp. What really stands out is the engine, it is silent with a lot of torque and is therefore excellent for its purpose.
