The Porsche 911 2.0 SWB we are offering here for sale is chassis 304274. It was delivered new by Sonauto in April 1966 to Mr. Jean Houssin residing in Paris. The original livery was the highly desirable Slate Grey, a colour which it still bares today. Its interior was black. This car is one of the first 911s to have been equipped with Weber carburetors (which replaced the Solex on all 911s in March 1966), allowing a more reliable engine setting.

Its history is not known until 1991 before it was bought by Mr. Larroutis who kept it until 2000 before selling it to Mr. Lefebvre. The latter will keep it until 2014 before it was acquired by its last owner. 304274 was then racing configuration and was used in historic races.

A ground up restoration was undertaken between 2014 and 2017. The car was put to bare metal. During the restoration, the interior was done by renowned specialists Caribex who have installed very pretty red upholstery, contrasting perfectly with the Slate Grey paintwork. The bodywork is in superb condition with excellent fittings, the paint is also of great quality.

From a mechanical point of view, the car is perfectly tuned, its engine (not matching but of the correct year 1966) has been completely redone with slight improvement to S specifications. It thus develops 150 bhp instead of the original 130 bhp. The transmission is very well tuned and the speeds pass without any hitch. This car benefits from a very complete restoration file with many photos, invoices and documents supporting its history.
