Please note that this lot will need to be collected in Karlskron, Germany.

Using the 997.2 911 GTS Cabriolet as a basis, Porsche’s engineers sought to create a limited-production vehicle that harkened back to the 356 Speedster and 930-generation 911 Speedster. In addition to trimming the windscreen by 70 mm, replacing the rear seats with the Speedster’s ‘humpback’ tonneau, the 408-bhp ‘Power Pack’ version of the 3.8-litre engine, fitting the wider rear hips from the Carrera 4 and Turbo models, as well as unique ‘Fuchs-style’ alloy wheels, Porsche fitted the 997-generation Speedster with a variety of its most desirable options. These included PCCB Carbon Ceramic brakes, the desirable PDK transmission, and the Sport Chrono Package.

Presented in virtually as-new condition throughout, this 911 Speedster has been driven just under 1,100 km from new. Built to European specifications and presently registered in its native Germany, it is finished in Carrera White over a Black leather interior and is the 303rd example of just 356 Speedsters produced.

Widely considered to be the ultimate open-top incarnation of the 997 family, the Speedster combines stunning good looks, exemplary performance and rarity into a very collectable package. This example is presented in virtually as-new condition throughout and would sit beautifully alongside any of its older or younger speedsters as a celebration of Porsche’s rich heritage.
