The 992.2 Carrera GTS is the first 911 Carrera with a hybrid drivetrain. The 3.6 litre flat-six has an electric turbocharger that builds boost without lag, supplemented by an electric motor in the eight-speed PDK. Combined output is 541 ps and 610 Nm, exclusively to the rear wheels. The driving character sits between a Turbo and a GT3: more precise than a Turbo, more accessible than a GT3.

This example is fitted with the Aerokit from Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur. It replaces the deployable spoiler with a fixed wing, complemented by the SportDesign front and rear bumpers and matching side skirts. The third brake light is integrated into the wing itself. The package was developed at Weissach and tested at the Nardò proving ground over 55,000 km, with a further 90,000 km on public roads. The result is reduced lift on both axles, making the car noticeably more stable at higher speeds. The Aerokit is available on the coupé only.

Fun fact: while developing the Aerokit, the engineers at Weissach managed to generate downforce with the sunroof open. Porsche had never achieved that before.

Gecombineerd vermogen 541 pk en 610 Nm, uitsluitend naar de achterwielen. Het rijkarakter zit tussen een Turbo en een GT3 in: preciezer dan een Turbo, toegankelijker dan een GT3.

Dit exemplaar is uitgerust met het Aerokit van Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur. Dat vervangt de automatisch uitslaande spoiler door een vaste vleugel, aangevuld met de SportDesign bumpers voor en achter en de bijhorende dorpels. Het derde remlicht zit geïntegreerd in de vleugel zelf. Het pakket werd in Weissach ontwikkeld en op de baan van Nardò getest over 55.000 km, met nog eens 90.000 km op de openbare weg. Het resultaat is minder lift op beide assen, wat de auto bij hogere snelheden merkbaar stabieler maakt. Het Aerokit is uitsluitend beschikbaar op de coupé.

Leuk detail: bij de ontwikkeling van het Aerokit slaagden de ingenieurs in Weissach erin om neerwaartse druk te genereren met het schuifdak open. Dat was bij Porsche nog nooit eerder gelukt.

La puissance combinée est de 541 ps et 610 Nm, exclusivement aux roues arrière. Le caractère de conduite se situe entre une Turbo et une GT3: plus précise qu'une Turbo, plus accessible qu'une GT3.

Cet exemplaire est équipé de l'Aerokit de Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur. Celui-ci remplace le becquet escamotable par un aileron fixe, complété par les pare-chocs SportDesign avant et arrière et les bas de caisse assortis. Le troisième feu stop est intégré dans l'aileron lui-même. Le pack a été développé à Weissach et testé sur l'anneau de Nardò sur 55 000 km, avec 90 000 km supplémentaires sur route ouverte. Le résultat est une portance réduite sur les deux essieux, ce qui rend la voiture sensiblement plus stable à vitesse élevée. L'Aerokit est disponible uniquement sur le coupé.

Anecdote: lors du développement de l'Aerokit, les ingénieurs de Weissach sont parvenus à générer de l'appui avec le toit ouvrant ouvert. Porsche n'y était encore jamais parvenu.
