Used car, purchased in 2004 in the USA and then brought to Italy and restored. The engine has been disassembled and completely redone with the replacement of pistons, bushings, crankshaft, oil pump, clutch, gaskets, oil radiator, cams and related components, with complete overhaul of the cylinder head. An electric fuel pump with manual control was added to help the original pump in the ignition after long periods of inoperativity. The bodywork, which had only a few dents on the front, was repainted in the original colour as indicated by the historical Porsche certificate. Many components have been newly chromed. Last work done in 2021: brake overhaul with replacement of all pipes, caliper pistons and brake pads. Overhauled 6V electrical system and new battery. Tyres and rims in excellent condition. The interior is original and shows signs of wear, the inner roof has a small cut on the fabric (see photo). The body has no scratches and has only a dent on the front bumper (see photo). The plastic luggage container in the hood and the spare wheel strap are missing. Options: leather hood cover and upgraded tyres. Historical Porsche documents, matching numbers, no ASI registration but circulation documents reports it as a vintage car. Only some details need to be fixed in order to have a perfect car.
