1970 Pontiac Firebird ONE - unique prototype developed by GM - road legal - 12-month warranty

This Pontiac Firebird ONE is a one-of-a-kind prototype developed by Harry Bradley (GM's star designer at the time) and built by Dave Crook (a renowned engineer poached by GM for this project) in the late 1970s.

Completely unique and custom-built, this Pontiac was intended to be the vision of the future of the Firebird in the 2000s. The design is completely specific to this prototype, with a very low body line and an imposing rear end evoking power and energy. The front end is a particularly complex aerodynamic study, and the interior is designed to be at the cutting edge of technology and comfort.

Painted red with a superb tan interior, the car is powered by a GM 350Ci V8 engine and is equipped with an automatic transmission. Everything is specific and unique to this model, with GM spending a fortune to make it road-legal and usable. The car was driven in the United States at the time and is still used regularly by the current owner.

Its history is crystal clear and a complete file is included with the car. It is important to note that the original sketch-ups (original drawing boards) are included with the car, as well as a complete file detailing the car's development by GM at the time.

This Pontiac ONE is therefore fully operational and has been carefully maintained by its current owner. Still in its original condition, the car is in very good overall condition. This concept car, which is the only one of its kind in the world and fully operational, is unique on the market.
