The 306 s16 presented here is a phase 1 version put on the market in October 1996, it is equipped with the very powerful XU10J4RS engine which develops 167 hp. The 306 S16 BV6 is the first French production car equipped with a 6-speed gearbox. It was ordered new by the director of a Peugeot dealership in Holland with the only option of a heated leather interior and will keep it until 2017. At this date, a mechanic of the brand bought it and kept it until today. Always regularly maintained, the timing belt was changed at 161,000 km and recently a service was carried out, with the replacement of all filters and spark plugs. In its desirable Vermeer Yellow colour, this 306 is in very good original condition and is a real collector's item in the making.

This car will be sold by auction by AGUTTES Auction House, in Sochaux, at the Aventure Peugeot Museum, France, on September the 20th, 2020.
