Only 200 cars were manufactured. This is a street car, but approved as a Group B and designed to race in the World Rally Championship. It was developed in 1982 and the racing cars were used by the official team of the brand, ‘Peugeot Talbot Sport’, between 1984 and 1986, achieving sixteen victories, two constructors’ titles and two drivers’ titles between 1985 and 1986 with Timo Salonen and Juha Kankkunen.

Following the ban of the Group B cars, the Peugeot 205 Turbo was allocated to other competitions such as the Dakar Rally, winning the 1987 and 1988 editions.

This car is preserved in fully original condition, in perfect condition in terms of use, and with just 25,000 km on the odometer which could be real considering the condition of the car. It has only had two owners since new (the first in France, and the second in Spain), and has never had any accident.

The bodywork has no damage, it features all the original decorative elements, including stickers and so on. The car has recently received meticulous maintenance.

The only really noteworthy flaws are the rear windows (as shown in the photos); since they are made of methacrylate, they are a bit scratched. Otherwise, there are only some normal small signs of use which prove the high originality of the car.

The car is located in Lleida (Lérida, Catalonia), Spain.
