MG B Roadster from 1974 in very good condition.

This is the latest version with a painted sheet metal frame and two SU carburettors. It is not the USA version, but a European model. It was bought in Spain by its current owner with English registration in 2009.

It was re-registered with a historical Spanish number plate in 2009. The paint, underbody and engine (which was designed for unleaded petrol) were previously restored in a Jaguar dealership workshop in England.

From 2010 to 2014 the current owner restored in detail the accessories to the bodywork and the rest of the mechanics and electrical
system. The carburetors were removed and adjusted. Delco, points and fuel gauge are new. The starter motor is also new.

Overdrive serviced. 6V batteries replaced by a single 12V. The front springs and silent blocks have been replaced, shock absorbers and leaf springs serviced, steering ball joints and brakes with their wiring have been replaced by new ones.

The motors and controls for heating and windshield wipers, headlights, pilot lights, horn
have been chromed and rubber bodywork, all new. The windshield is also new. The hood appears to be the original canvas.

Seats and doors were disassembled and their structures restored. Internally painted engine compartment. Painted bass. The frame has been repainted and waterproofed.

The current owner has invested more than 2,000 working hours from 2010 to 2015. The car has driven about 1,500 - 2,000 km. A 600 km trip was once made without any incident.

Valid classic vehicle insurance. ITV valid until 2025. Comes with some documentation and invoices included from the years in the country of origin. The photos of the fully cleaned mechanics are those taken by the owner at the end of the restoration in 2015.
