We have a 1974 MGB GT in a very nice condition available. This car has already been restored once. It was imported to the Netherlands back in 1987.

The bodywork was taken back to bare metal before being giving its Carmine Red finish. The bodywork is still undamaged with nice and thin, correctly aligned panelwork. The brightwork and wire wheels were also refurbished at the time of the restoration, including fitting new wheel spindles.

At the time the interior trim was fully reupholstered. Opening the door we are greeted with lovely original black leather and well-fitted new carpets and a set of mats. The whole is lifted even more by the presence of the walnut wooden Mota Lita steering wheel and matching gear knob.

Mechanically this MGB GT is also in perfect order. The 1.8 litre 4-cylinder engine develops 96 Ps attached to the manual 4-speed gearbox with overdrive on the 3rd and 4th gears. The partially overhauled engine has had the cylinder head made suitable for lead-free petrol as well as fitting a completely new ignition system, retuned carburetors fitted with new air-inlet filters. The car finally also has new rubber on all fours as well as having had many of the tubes and links in the engine bay preventatively replaced.

Every bit of the restoration was neatly recorded with invoices and photographs. Furthermore, general information relating to the model and this particular MGB GT is present as well as a heritage certificate. This is in short a very fine-driving MGB GT in lovely condition.
