A very nice very early version of the Montclair. The 1958 model with the big V8.

This car comes from Washington USA. Car came to the Netherlands in 2016, entirely as a restoration project, to be restored with original patina. The original colour around the whole car is fantastic and has beautiful original signs of wear.

The chassis is completely original, as you can see. For a 70-year-old car, it is still in good condition, as you can see. It has flash rust but no holes like cars here in Europe have.

The title is included and the European import costs have been paid at the customs office.

The interior was already partly done by the current owner in 2019. The front and back seats are new, and the door cards have already been reupholstered and are on the back of the seat, as you can see.

Engine: Equipped with the original V8 engine. The engine is not complete and there is currently only a lower block in the car. So the cylinder heads are missing. The current owner wanted to put a big block with 500 hp in it but never got around to it, which is why this incomplete original engine is still in it. Easy to complete once again to make it an original car.

In short, a very nice original car for someone handy or someone who is looking for a nice restoration car.
