Description

"The Mercedes-Benz R107 and C107 were produced from 1971 through to 1989, being the second longest single series ever produced by Mercedes-Benz after the G-Class. The SL variant was a two-seater convertible/roadster with standard soft top and hardtop and optional folding seats for the rear. Volume production of the first SL, the 350 SL, started in April 1971, alongside the last of the W113 cars. The SL Roadster has since become the epitome of what a luxury roadster should look like and can be found anywhere from Ashford to the Antibes and indeed in every corner of the earth and wherever the jet-set congregate.
This desirable example is presented in bright Signal Red with beige Dallas cloth interior and is accompanied by its original factory hardtop. The interior is in good condition, as is the exterior paintwork and it comes with electric windows and Mexican Hat alloy wheels. It should be noted that this car had a milometer change at 45,774 miles and the present odometer reading of 56,324 would need to be added to the old recorded mileage to provide its true mileage to date."
