A flagship for a captain of industry

The wizards of Affalterbach, creators of the company AMG in 1967, became the official tuner for Mercedes in 1999, and it was then when it concocted a new version of the superb sedan W221 Sonderklasse, powered by a bi-turbo V12 of 630bhp and capable of a 0 to 100 km/h time of 4.4 seconds! The car on offer was sold new by Mercedes in Paris, to the Group LVMH and was used by Bernard Arnault, always driven by a chauffeur. With only two owners from new the car has only covered 70,930km. It was last serviced at Mercedes on the 31st of March, 2017, at 70,637km. It comes equipped with a panoramic sunroof, heated and air-conditioned three-position electric seats, television screens in the head restraints and a "ZB Kuhlbox" refrigerator located in the trunk, but accessible from the seat back. A splendid IWC Schaffhausen branded watch is at the center of the dashboard, which rivals for excellence with the Harman Kardon hi-fi system and the dark blue tinted windows ensures absolute discretion, within very luxurious interiors. The Herculean thrust and its extreme refinement makes this one of the most attractive luxury sedans on the market, not to mention its legendary reliability
