With very rare options
Well documented history
Recent maintenance work
It is rare to be able to offer a royal car so well documented. As shown by the copy of the first French title dated July 1990, this car was registered under the name of "SAS Shaikh Khalifa Bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar" with a diplomatic registration. Various items of correspondence, including a copy of the purchase invoice, show how this car was treated as a special order by Mercedes-Benz.
Given the specifications of the car, it seems that all possible options have been fitted in the car. The windows are shielded (Cat.B6), but the side ones can be slightly lowered slightly. The rear seats are designed to accommodate only two passengers in the utmost comfort. As on the famous Mercedes 600, the passengers at the rear can adjust the seats individually, as well as the very rare rear sunroof. Flat holders can be attached to the front. All of these options make this 560 SEL "Miranda" a true state-of-the-art car, a category in which Mercedes-Benz has always excelled.
The car belongs today to a major French collector who has not hesitated to carry out numerous works on the car so that it is in an impeccable state. The paint has been redone, the brakes and suspension system have been revised as well as the air-conditioning at the manufacturer, for a total cost of over 4,000 Euros. Displaying slightly more than 90,000 km, this rare automobile, with an exceptional provenance, represents the ultimate in Mercedes-Benz luxury from 1990.
