Upon leaving the restoration workshop, the 280 SE was purchased by the consigning owner from Rosier Classic Sterne, the authorised Mercedes-Benz Classic Partner based in north-west Germany, in April 2022. Since then, according to the odometer reading taken at the time of cataloguing, the car has been driven just 1,545 kilometres. The cabriolet is further accompanied by a copy of its factory data card, restoration records, tool roll, and owner’s manuals.
