Description
Chassis No. WDB2093421F166044
The Mercedes-Benz CLK DTM AMG debuted in 2004 as an uncompromising high-performance coupe, created to celebrate the marque's dominance in the Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft (DTM) in 2000-2003. Production was strictly limited to just 100 examples, all of which sold out immediately upon release, underscoring its instant desirability among collectors and enthusiasts alike.
Developed by HWA AG in close collaboration with AMG, the coupe was powered by a 5.4-liter supercharged V8 producing 582 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. This formidable output enabled a zero-to-100 km/h time of approximately four seconds and a top speed of 300 km/h, placing it among the most extreme road cars of its era.
Visually and structurally, the CLK DTM AMG drew heavily from its racing counterpart, featuring aggressive aerodynamic styling, extensive use of carbon fiber body panels, and a prominent rear aerofoil. Stopping power was provided by large AMG brakes, housed within distinctive double six-spoke multi-piece AMG wheels measuring 19 inches at the front and 20 inches at the rear.
Inside, the coupe delivered a focused, motorsport-inspired environment, with leather-trimmed AMG sports bucket seats, a suede-covered racing steering wheel, and four-point harnesses. In place of a traditional ashtray, a bank of driver-oriented switches allowed for rapid adjustment of traction control, stability control, and transmission settings, enabling the driver to access the car's full dynamic capabilities with minimal interruption.
This particular example has covered just 80 kilometers from new and is presented in near-new condition and preserved with XPEL paint protection film on the front of the car. The most recent major service was carried out in September 2025 an authorized Mercedes-AMG service center, at a cost of approximately €4.000, and included an engine oil change, replacement of spark plugs, and renewal of its belts. Accompanying the car are both original keys, the set of owner's manuals including the logbook, as well as its original silver indoor car cover and Mercedes battery tender.
Altogether, this exceptionally preserved CLK DTM AMG represents a rare opportunity to acquire one of the most extreme and collectible Mercedes-AMG road cars ever produced. With just 80 kilometers from new, comprehensive recent servicing, and a complete complement of original accessories and documentation, it stands as a benchmark example of the model, ideally suited to the most discerning collector seeking both rarity and uncompromised condition.
