The vehicle was delivered to a manufacturer in Stuttgart on 19.02.1955. The delivery note is available, which corresponds to the later data card. In the early 70s, the vehicle came to South Africa to a business partner of the manufacturer. The vehicle is in very good condition and has matching numbers, which is very hard to find in such vehicles.The replacement engine is an engine originally exchanged by the factory and corresponds to the engine number in place when the vehicle was delivered and corresponds to the 1955 delivery note. When this exchange took place can no longer be determined, but it can be assumed that this happened in the years before the car was shipped to South Africa.
