It is rare indeed to find a sleeping beauty such as this. Imported from Mombasa in Kenya in 2006 (with all duties paid), it was taken as a bad debt in 2015. The bodywork is complete and she still sits on inflated rubber. A restoration began some years ago and the engine was taken out ready for a rebuild. Circumstances then overtook the project and the engine remained on the pallet untouched. The interior is complete however although it does require extensive attention to return it back to its original luxurious condition. This model benefits from a central division amongst its other special features such as rear picnic tables, space for decanters and air conditioning (unconfirmed). It is also interesting to note that there is a sunroof available for the rear passengers to wave to their adoring public. With only circa 340 righthand drive examples made and, supposedly, less than 10 with a sunroof and division, it is a rare beast indeed. Whilst the reserve is set extremely low, Historics recommend a proper inspection prior to bidding."
