Engine no. 1700 Three owners from new. It has been with the last one since 1981.
Always registered in Italy, and currently wearing the black plates it received in the Spring of 1981.
Still equipped with its original 6-cylinder, DOHC, dual ignition, 255 HP engine, derived directly from the legendary Formula 1 unit that powered Juan Manuel Fangio’s Maserati 250 F. It also has Lucas fuel injection.
It was repainted years ago, retaining its original color scheme of "Azzurro Metallizzato" (metallic light blue) over cream interiors. 
Conservatively restored towards the end of the 1980s, maintaining maximum originality of finishing and components. Today it is well preserved, with some slight traces of use and a splendid patina.
