Only 3 previous owners (report by the DGT—Spanish vehicle authority). Acquired 8 years ago and very well taken care of since then. It has a valid ITV (Spanish vehicle inspection) until June 2022.
All works carried out since 2013 are documented. Invoice history of the last 8 years, not the previous ones. Missing original maintenance booklet (it was lost by previous owners).
Maintenance and repairs at RRH (independent Ferrari-Maserati car repair shop in Tenerife) and by professionals like David Askew and Eurospares (for spare parts).
Fully painted in 2016 with top quality DuPont paint in the original Grigio Alfieri Maserati colour.
Mechanically, the car is in very good condition. In 2019, the complete timing was done, including water pump. The car has approved handmade silencers, approved in the vehicle inspection. The car drives very well.
Interior in top condition, except for the parts more exposed to the sun; the grey leather on the top part of the dashboard is dry and it might require attention/repainting.
Main flaws:
- The sensors to raise and lower the windows when you open/close the doors sometimes fail. The knob to adjust the air conditioning intensity does not work properly and there are other small things to check in the dashboard and controls due to aging. Not relevant.
- In the last year, some flaws have appeared in the paintwork (shown in the photos) right in the areas of the bodywork where the air filter boxes are underneath, so they might be linked to these parts overheating a lot when the car is running. It could also be due to a paint defect.
- Mechanically, the only noteworthy flaw is that
on the Canary Islands there is no official Maserati service, so it is impossible to cancel the sensors, which turn on. Even having tried to turn them off, there are still some lights that stay on (you can see this in the photos). Otherwise, the car is mechanically in very good condition and it has had many works and maintenance done, all documented with regular invoices. It drives very well.
The car is in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain.
